(AIUC)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The use of disinfectants and colouring agents (sodium hypochlorite, mercurial disinfectants, povidone-iodine, benzene derivatives &#8230;) on intact skin is a very common practice.\u00a0Besides not having\u00a0any\u00a0clinical\u00a0rational, the\u00a0use of these products\u00a0is particularly\u00a0harmful,\u00a0because\u00a0they cause\u00a0dry skin, allergies, contact dermatitis, and itching.\u00a0They can also\u00a0increase the risk of developing\u00a0stage 1 and 2 bedsores.
